Granted we saw more progress, but this year we had a strong group of young players, and now the 2010 recruiting class is looking strong. I consider the problem with players leaving to be like an injury bug, rather than a problem with the coach. Iowa State is having the same type of problems now too. Building a program is a tough job. I say we give him another two years. I guarantee there will be much progress by the time May and Payne are Juniors. Hopefully the right guys will make the right choice to stay, and that problem will go away. Perhaps if the media would give current players reasons to stay, rather than constantly speculating about why they should go, they'd be less likely? Just a thought.
