I think if Missouri left, the Big XII would go after Arkansas before TCU ... or maybe both and drop ISU ... seriously

The Big 10 is on the right track for expansion. I thought I was out of line last year for suggesting Missouri join the Big 10, but now see this isn't such a wild goose chase.
Here has been my plan since 2008:
Have Missouri join the Big 10. Then divide into divisions very similar to the Stagg and Yost (shown in this thread).
Now here's the real pudding in this bowl.
With Missouri vacating the Big 12, I say Oklahoma MOVE to the Big12 north, then have TCU join the Big12 south. This solves the BCS issues for TCU, and renews the annual rivalry between NU and Oklahoma. Hey, if Missouri doesn't want to go to the Big 10, then I guess Iowa State should move, (since the Big 12 commish hates ISU anyhow for slandering them in favor of Mizzou going to the Insight bowl. Then still have Oklahoma move.
As for Notre Dame, they can haul their arrogant team to the Big East when the find out the missed out on the Big 10 bid.

here is a better plan on the divisions (if it is Notre Dame)

Stagg Division
Illinois
Indiana
Northwestern
Ohio State
Penn State
Purdue

Yost Division
Iowa
Michigan
Michigan State
Minnesota
Notre Dame
Wisconsin

With this setup each school would have an annual rival in the other division. This split, along with the one inter-divisional rival, would ensure that all rivalry games are played every year except for the land-grant trophy between MSU and PSU, which is not a long-lived rivalry.

"Missouri had one loss, in the Big 12 title game to Oklahoma two years ago, and were passed over by a two-loss Kansas team who they had beaten in the regular season finale, for an Orange Bowl bid."

I think KU was the 1 loss team. MU lost twice to OU, correct?
