I know we like to assume that these kids are immediate professionals, but think back to your own first week with everyone on campus your frosh year. They are a mere 18 yrs old,and are just now experiencing their real full-time college reality. Being a few minutes late on a Big Ten saturday 7:30 am pickup game is no even close to a red flag. When you have evidence of Tucker type behavior,ie.downtown at the bars passing out in the alley...call me. BTW...I was in that alley my first weekend in college.
