He mentions Iowa. Sounds like a late bloomer whose stock has exploded his senior year. I think he would be a good get. Starting to see lots of options for Fran.

When I see all these mid-majors in the NCAA and NIT, I see plenty of guards that could help Iowa. There are players out there, Fran just needs to spot the right ones.

Here's another interview, immediately after a January game in which he scored 28 points and had 11 assists. Enjoys playing point guard: "I like to share the ball and get my teammates involved first, then I try to get going." At that point says he's 165 pounds, needs to add some weight to play in college.
