If youre looking for better basketball than get lost. The way the Hawks have played this year has made me proud. There has been a lot of thing happen in Hawkeye basketball in the the last ten years. You dont like it then get lost. If you need to call out players than f@ck you.

You are right, there alot of successful centers who can't do those things, but i bet those centers can bench their own weight, make the extra pass, get a tough rebound, not trip over his own feet walking across the street. Maybe he has to grow into his body since has has been seven foot since the tenth grade. here is the real kicker, i bet those centers don't get pushed around by 6'3 kids. i'm telling you he plays soft. what do you think is going to happen in the big ten? he is going to get manhandled . you will be shocked by his coordination the first time you watch him play.

I have seen Woodbury play a few times. He is not as bad as smitheroony has implied but he also isn't the next Lou Alcinder. My only question about him is his aggressiveness. If he can build some strength and get an attitude on the court, he will be a very good player. He may not be great but could be the best center Iowa has had in a long time.

1. There's been no implications made by smitheroony. He's spelled his opinion out quite clearly. (Just nit-picking on this one )

2. I don't think anyone was expecting the next Kareem, so that's not going to be a disappointment.
