post season play

is starting to pick up,
to start the 2nd half of BT play
Minnesota 1-0 and puts iowa tied with 4 teams with 6 losses, and 2 teams at 7 or more losses, long way to go but looking good,
as conference standings will help determine who goes and where

Re: post season play

neither one of you morons do nothing more that just try to start arguements, the post point is very obvious;
but i will break it down to youir moronic level;
1st; the 2nd half of the BT schedule is critical as most post season tournament is looked at;
2nd; Iowa started out 1-0 the 2nd half
3rd; Iowa is tied for 7th with 3 other team with 6 losses
4th Nebraska has 7 losses and PSU has 8 losses
5th a middle of the BT makes a post season Tourney a better chance
any more and you are just to stupid or just want to start a arguement

Re: post season play

Iowa takes another step forward toward post season play.
2-0 the 2nd half of BT play.
still tied with 4 teams with 6 losses for 7th.
5 wins BT play and 1 win better than last year in conference play.
2 wins better than last year at 13 vs 11 with 7 to go

Re: post season play

If we can finish .500 in the B10, I'd feel real good about our NIT chances.

Re: post season play

we have an outide chance at a post season tourney. if we can get a total of 18 wins and 1 or more tourney win than i would say we are probably a lock for a tourney. at this point i would take anything to help this team develop.

Re: post season play

This topic up for discussion again?

It is still going to take a lot to happen to get to the NIT.

Re: post season play

you don't want to understand because all you do is critizes and try to start aurguements, with every post i make
to those that do try
Iowa needs 5 wins out of the next 7 to get to 18 wins and a very real shot at the NIT, and the teams that are tied with Iowa with 6 losses will play a big role in that, as to where Iowa finishes in the BT standings;
with Iowa finishing the season with 7 out of 9, will make a big statement on their getting in
so the count down from 9 to 0 with 2-0 in wins
