If both ISU and Iowa had to look for coaches the same year, it would be tough. Pollard may have opened up an opportunity for Iowa but standing by (or at least sitting next to) McDermott.

Not that Barta will take the opportunity or anything. But this year would be easier than next year, if both McDermott and Lick do a repeat of this year.
