If boosters are involved this thing becomes sooooooo much more deeper than anybody could imagine. You would have to wonder if shutting down the program would be in order.

Right now it's still pretty vague but I do know that there were reporters last night saying that they heard very disturbing details were still coming down the pipe. This would fall under the "disturbing" category if true.

It was odd that the VICE-chair of the committee (who, btw, did a remarkable job, which is a rare thing to say about CEOs of big corporations) gave the presser and the chairman was nowhere to be seen. The biggest scandal in the state's history and the head honcho is nowhere to be seen?

I said it the other day: anybody who's ever been involved with PSU - the other coaches, former players, Trustees, boosters - is praying to their god that their name is not brought up in this, whether they're innocent/uninvolved or not.

PSU is the Titanic, and it has hit the proverbial iceberg.

I'm sure he was there, but they chose one guy to be the speaker, and chose the guy who would be most comfortable taking the heat, the CEO of US Steel.
