You decide to fire everybody that was involved... EXCEPT for McQueary who will be coaching Saturday.

Just heard Jon on his show speculating about a possible lawsuit situation if they fired McQueary because of some whistle blower law.

Apparently Jon needs to read his own board, because I already said earlier that there's no way in hell this would hold up after he didn't blow the whistle for 9 years.

The whistle blowing law only applies if the whistle was blown to an outside agency. McQueary blew the whistle in-house, once, then was silent.
