I think a good lawyer would destroy McQueary on the witness stand. I'm not sure this guy is a good lawyer and I'm not sure the prosecutors even need McQueary's testimony but if they do, they're in trouble.

Only if it can be proven that he told someone else a different story which I have yet to see any credible evidence of. Like I said the grand jury believed him and not the other two administrators.

Using your own theory, why would a doctor, who is a family friend of the McQueary's, lie?

Why would McQueary send out an email to friends that he did in fact talk to the police, when he told the grand jury he did not? Why would he tell his friends in that email that he made sure Sandusky stopped before leaving but he made no mention of that in his testimony?

We haven't seen the doctor's testimony. These are all questions he will have to answer but to say he would get destroyed by a good lawyer is overstating things a tad. If he isn't lying about anything he'll have nothing to worry about.
