Hey guys, I am new to this online buying and selling stuff, and I am trying to set up a Paypal account.

Which account should I sign up for? Personal or Premier? Also, it asked for my bank acct number and routing number. I get that. But why does it need my online banking log-in user name and password? I am careful about what I give on the internet, so I was wondering if you guys could enlighten me. Thanks in advance!

I am getting smoked...I think it must be ragweed...last year I was fine...didn't realize things were bad right now and had the windows open all weekend. I guess I am just going to have to be a bubble boy the rest of my life...I have the Neil Diamond voice going right now. Gotta get it in shape for the Thursday BTN show, and then some TV work for the BTN from Kinnick after the game Saturday. Perhaps I will just have to break out into song again...'They comin to America!'

Home Theater Help - Buying a Subwoofer Amp

From the other site posters say that house parties are on the rise since school is back. The students can't go to bars so they are headed to house parties where the kegs are set up in full force. Apparently, 12 packs and case beer sales are up also while the bars downtown are looking for patrons.

At the same time the City Council has no idea what to do to replace the bars if they go out of business. Just a case of stop kids from drinking. Maybe they can set up some churches can get together and have prayer services downtown to replace the drinking on Friday and Saturday nights and draw in kids that way? Or maybe they thought the kids would just study on Friday and Saturday nights. Maybe that is what Sally did when she was young?

And the stupid University and City Council thinks they can stop the students from drinking. What they have done is created an atmosphere of GREATER binge drinking. Yes, perhaps some underage drinking was being done in the bars on the sly but the underage drinkers couldn't pound drinks freely like they are now doing at house parties. And NOT ALL kids are walking home are they. Some/many are hopping in cars and driving to other parties or driving home very very drunk. Nice tradeoff. How long until you read about some kid getting alcohol poisoning from chugging at a house party?
