Michigan fans crying about refs

But exactly how is this a catch? the ball is on the ground before he has control????

They want to talk about the last play, they forget to mention the bogus "illegal snap" call and the lack of holding calls on Michigans final touchdown drive. On denards run around the right side both Bins and Daniels jerseys were being ripped off.

Re: Michigan fans crying about refs

No catch. The ref saw it hit the ground and immediately signaled that.

Re: Michigan fans crying about refs

the fact that they let a running back get hit, crawl on the ground, get up, run into the endzone and they call that touchdown sums up the crew

Re: Michigan fans crying about refs

The ball was moving as he came to the ground and then the ball hit the ground, he trapped it, no way is that a catch.

How was that a bogus call? Ferentz clearly moved his arm and the ball may have even twitched a bit...you could see that from the broadcast view. They've got beef with the refs because they didn't get the breaks on the most visible plays in the game...I'm sure there were some times they got the benefit of a few calls that weren't so seemingly important in the overall scheme of things.

Re: Michigan fans crying about refs

that ball was CLEARLY incomplete. Even on replays on ABC, BTN, etc, they are calling it clearly incomplete. He never controlled the ball until it had hit the ground out of bounds. Incomplete without question. And the PI on the last play? That's like calling a foul with 1 second left in basketball on a play with a little contact. You play through it at that point. Michigan can ***** all they want, but at the end of the day Iowa won! And that is the way it will be now and forever! Whoo!!!
