The process is typical of a "famous" person. First it's reported that they're in critical condition...the report of death if often delayed to give the family a little time before the media descends.
It's tough enough to say goodbye to a family member, can't imagine what it's like having to deal with the media at the same time.

Paterno did alot of good. But the Sandusky affair borders on stuff from the Twilight Zone. If Paterno knew what this guy had done. And just looked the other way, I have absolutely no respect for him.
