NEW OC
Ill take the first guess and go with Brian Ferentz. Working at NE he has learned the ropes. The TE's that he coached set records this year and obviously coach will trust him.

i certainly hope you are wrong.

hire a guy with no head coaching experience, no coordinator experience, no college coaching experience, no recruiting experience, no recruiting relationships.....

Agree. But can see him coming on staff to be groomed for OC and eventually maybe HC someday.

Give it to Erik Campbell. He was associate head coach his last few years at Michigan under Lloyd Carr.
