not if you're being overlooked in NCAA...if he succeeds in the NFL, he'll have a choice to come back and be a head coach in college or, with the crazy turnover in the NFL, you could see him rising in the ranks there......step up, no doubt.

Lets see.... 58 years old, maybe 6-8 years left to coach. Miami vs Iowa City weather, no recruiting, pay about the same or better. Have money in the bank from last few years. Push at worse. Wish him well.

Of course some people on here think it's a step down. This is the same fan base that thinks there is a national media conspiracy to keep Iowa athletics down.
Even if he isn't making quite as much money, the schedule and his responsibilities won't be nearly as strenuous as an OC in college.
