I'm not a fan of the hire, but I hope Parker can be successful in the position.

What are the disadvantages of waiting? We lost ZERO recruits because of this
How come no one will realize that Kirk may have been interviewing candidates the past 60 days, took his time and ultimately decided on Parker?
Instantly everyone just assumes KF waited to annoy people rather than the more likely scenario that he was taking his time to make sure he made the right choice.
So once again, give me one reason that waiting to make the hire impacted the program negatively?
Thanks
