Obviously any of those coaches would have been a great fit at Iowa. I wouldn't be surprised if a good 3/4 of them didn't call KF and inquire (rather than vice-versa). I think we all know how appealing a coordinator position in the big 10 is in the football coaching world. However, since they refused to be Kurt's yes men, Kurt probably hung up the phone on each of them.

Kurt doesn't want to win, he wants to be told how great he is, and he likes to screw with message board fans. I have a source that told me he spent a great deal of time in the recruiting period starting coaching rumors on the internet rather than making Kozan comfortable. He knows Kozan is the greatest football recruit at Iowa since Dan McGwire, and a combination of ego and desire to screw with us caused him to sabotage him.
