I just saw a tweet by LeVar Woods that the LFA raised $337,000 for the UI Children's Hospital. Great work to the staff and everyone involved today.

I'm not familiar with the LFA, but after watching ladies rugby at Wayne State, NE I'll never question their ability to give and take extreme physical play.

It was such a fun day for a great cause! About 56 players + the coaching staff volunteered to teach 400 girls more about football on a 90-degree day. I learned I really suck at kicking

but it was totally cool to get the opportunity to see the Hawkeye locker room and be on the field at Kinnick for an afternoon

I`ll be quaterback because deaf get the special treatment
