That’s a good strategy on their part. It is interesting when things get “leaked”…u always wonder why and how things get leaked and if it wasn’t by design by someone…..

We may eventually find out this deal is even bigger than Joe Pa!

I’d guess that’s what they want to get to the bottom of too....I know I would. None of this well I talked with so and so crap and……what did the emails say, per and simple…and what did my husband, dad, friend say…once again per & simple.

The headlines would led you to believe that Joe Pa lead them off the case, but nothing produced proves that. They want to know, I would too…..wouldn't you?

Its not going to matter to the lunatic part of the PSU fan base that is still backing JoePa. He did not use email so there will never be an email that was sent from him or sent to him.

Those idiots are going to continue to say it is second hand information in the emails that are nailing Paterno and they will not accept it. Its pretty sad actually.

What’s sad is we don't know anything….so someone reports there are emails and Joe Pa is implicated. Then it says such and such talked with Joe and thought about it and is now going another way…….and you think it’s sad because people want to know what is really out there…?!?!

I just think all the emails that have yet to be released are going to be similar in context. "Joe said this" or "Joe wants us to do this". We arent going to get the smoking gun on Paterno.

And Paterno is always going to be the focal point of these stories, because he is by far the most famous of all the people involved.

After the 2004 season the president and AD of PSU went to Joe's house and asked him to step down as coach. Joe kicked them out of his house. No single person at the University was as powerful as Joe Paterno.
