RB Binns no longer on team

Iowa Running Back Binns No Longer on Team - Iowa City, IA Patch

    From article:

Today, University of Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz released a statement declaring that Binns had been off the team due to injuries since the spring. Binns was a walk-on running back low on the depth chart before leaving the team.

Binns, brother of recently graduate Iowa defensive end Broderick Binns, joins a long line of Iowa running backs with less than fantastic fates.

So technically the KCRG headline was wrong (no longer a football player) and this was essentially a non-story beyond a U of I student being arrested for theft.
