Can you imagine if that hits him in the back of the head, or even the shoulder pad or anything? That’s a lot of force and a heavy object.”

“I mean, if it hits someone, not a player, a referee or someone on the sideline?” Stoops asked. “Wow. That could have been horrible.

“I think they need to really, for the health of players and safety of everybody, really need to take a look at that.

“I couldn’t believe it when I saw that thing coming down. I saw it fairly early. It was like you wanted to do something and you couldn’t do anything about it.”

Of course he is. I don't know how he overcomes the recruiting issues that come with the Oklahoma program. Must be terrible to take all those 4-5 star recruits and make something out of them.

I will tell you this...he grooms guys to become head coaches. They just suck when they go out on their own.
