I just wish he would go away. He's such an egomaniac. However, he seems like the type who likes to get recognized... the only place he's gonna get recognized is in Iowa. Unfortunately that means he's probably not going anywhere.

Virtually everything DJK has done since leaving IOWA confirms what was largely believed (but "nobody really knew" according to his undying supporters). The kid's ego was his downfall...and it just doesn't stop.

In retrospect, one has to wonder if that has something to do with why he ended up at Iowa and not Ohio St. Perhaps he felt he'd be a "bigger fish, in a smaller pond" at Iowa.

I think you make a good point about his choice to come to Iowa. Hindsight is always 20/20. It's amazing to me when I watch the current football players being interviewed. They almost all seem to be very well spoken and respectful. It's a very team oriented approach that's engrained in them. Then I picture a DJK interview and it's just the polar opposite. No wonder he was in the doghouse from Day 1.

When you consider how his career ended at Iowa one would think he wouldn't want to be in the limelight. The fact that he is still reaching for it says a lot about him.
