You folks don't understand much about what makes Rhoads tick. He has turned down more money for himself to ensure the new football facility was built. He turned down more money to make sure his assistants were properly compensated. His family is from central Iowa and his dad is getting up in years. Both his boys are in high school, so you can certainly relate as KF has made sure of family stability in IC. Rhoads has just started a new 10 yr contract and has started to make great strides in recruiting. He is going nowhere, and certainly would not go to work for a guy who is a control freak like Alvarez.

I believe he has the Clones in 6th place among B12 schools currently. But more importantly, he is getting the kids he wants and there is very low attrition.
