If that's true it's pretty ridiculous. If he hadn't given himself the job for the bowl game I would be OK with him getting a check, but since he made the decision himself he shouldn't get pay on top of that. It's pretty weak and lame for him to take an extra 200K for basically doing nothing at his own discretion.
