If this is going to happen, why hasn't it been made official yet? Seems to me that when Nebraska and Colorado bolted last year it went much quicker with the teams announcing they were leaving one day and the new conference voting them in the next day or two. What's the holdup here?

Perhaps the SEC isn't going to announce aTM as the 13th team until they have the 14th team secured.
