Classy move. He helps the conference self destruct and then bails once the end is in sight. At least he could stick it out until the big 12 implodes.

Classy move? He was forced out. The conference would have imploded if he had stayed - OU would have left for sure.

My bad...I didn't have a chance to read the article and put my foot in my mouth. However, I have this feeling that him stepping down will have no bearings on the train wreck that's been looming over the Big 12 for the past few months.
