Hmmm, he only had about 6 chances, and they wait until they figure out he can't get it done and now he has tested positive for alcohol and marijuana. If it weren't for his past and Spurrier I wouldn't be suspicious, but I definitely am.

Spurrier is a DB. If Garcia was having a great year this would be swept under the rug.

This is more like his 6th offense. not really comparable. he should have been gone 2 or 3 years ago, but he was a decent player for a while so they kept him on.
