Absolutely. T-Mart attempted 196 passes in 13 games last year, so he was right about 15 per game. He only had a .592 pass completion % and only really shined in one game, at Okie State. Carnes is kind of an enigma right now. His bloodlines are good, he is related to Tommie Frazier, but no game experience yet. He has shown some good progress this spring and has also had some bad days, per Bo. He is a gifted kid who is mobile, has a good first step and is elusive. I would say he is a better pure passer than Martinez and he should get some early looks against Chattanooga and Fresno is we are in control of those games.
