Tim Tebow = Vince Young
Watching VY play tonight reminded me of watching Timmay so far this year. Both guys are awful passers with bad deliveries but somehow they both find a way to win more often than not. This week both guys spent the 1st 55 minutes of the game acting like theyve never played QB only to engineer very impressive game winning TD drives.

I think they will have very similar career paths and even when you compare their college careers they have a ton in common.

It will be interesting to follow and see if Tebow can sustain success and keep a job as a starter. After tonight's game VY is 31-17 as a starter and he is now a career backup....which is bizarre for a NFL QB who wins 65% of his games.

I know they arent the same but given their histories and how they play the position they have a ton in common imo

Young is no longer a starter because he's a head case.

And he's still got a lot better arm than Tebow.

other than both being marginal NFL qbs they have nothing in common. young is nowhere near the leader Tebow is.

Personality wise they obviously have nothing in common but they had similar success and college and I bet their NFL career paths will be similar as well

Jake Locker is far superior to both teblow and radio. He came in for hasselberger in the titans game and played really well. Very mobile, good crisp accurate passes. He's smaller than I thought, however.
I also didn't notice Locker confusing a football field with a church.

Steve Smith, Deangelo Williams, Jonathan Stewart, and Greg Olsen are all more talented than any skill players that the Broncos have.

I'm insinuating that Tebow is winning games and Newton is not. Actually I'm not insinuating that as it is a fact.

Newton is putting up gaudy #'s. He's also turning it over at the 2nd highest rate in the league while Tebow is turning it over at the lowest rate in the league
