    yea Barclays fan but mls is pretty bad. I've tried to get into but I just can't do it.

    My advice: go to a game. Kansas City, for instance is a phenomenal facility and atmosphere. Besides, the Premiership is a poor comparison. MLS is a far more physical league. I'll concede that the league is less athletic, but it has more than its share of talented players. Like any other league, it's health is based the worth of its stars, and MLS is developing some great ones. See:

    Brek Shea, Dallas
    Darlington Nagbe, Portland
    Jamison Olave, Real Salt Lake
    Teal Bunburg, CJ Sapong, Kansas City
    Omar Cummings, Colorado
    Eric Hassli, Vancouver
    Shalrie Joseph, New England
    Brad Davis, Houston
    Nick Labrocca, Chivas USA
    Juan Agudelo, NY

    And every player for Columbus.

    I hate soccer, but I saw my twin boys play a couple of football games in Crew Stadium. A wonderful facility. The Worthington Kilbourne - Grove City regional final in '99 filled the place. Something like 27-28 thousand people for a high school football game.

    Ohio high school football, a whole different world than Iowa.

    MLS is growing steadily in quality. Those who enjoy soccer and have passed on MLS may want to revisit it. It is hands-down my favorite professional league. And no, I'm not being sarcastic. Go Crew.
