Steelers Depot on McNutt
‘Terrible Podcast’ follow-up: Marvin McNutt | Steelers Depot
This is how the article opens:
If you didn't listen to the most recent 'Terrible Podcast', you missed a great show with Dave Bryan and this week's guest Cecil Lammey, NFL insider for 102.3 ESPN in Denver.* When evaluating who might be a good fit for the Steelers at wide receiver in the 2012 NFL Draft, Lammey said he'd go after Marvin McNutt.

Re:Steelers Depot on McNutt
This would be awesome because Hawk fans wouldn't have to get a new jersey to wear on Sundays!!

Re: Steelers Depot on McNutt
I would love it if McNutt was a Steeler. My favorite team.

Re: Steelers Depot on McNutt
The Steelers deciding to draft a wide out early will depend on their ability to sign Mike Wallace.

Re: Steelers Depot on McNutt
they need a wr and if he falls to them in the 3rd round i could see them take him. but they have needs on the dl and cb also and i think those are probably more pressing to be 1st and 2nd round picks. i dont see mcnutt falling to them in the third. he is a late second early third pick.

Re: Steelers Depot on McNutt
Love your optimism but the NFL hates on Iowa skill players. Never fast enough.
More likely lower round draft choice and if with the right team will play 8 to 10 years and 60 plus TD's and 6000 yards and tons of first downs.
Who knows, maybe it will be with the steelers with Hines Ward let go.

The steelers aren't looking to keep Mike Wallace either.

Response to Coker Thread hater:
This thread was born from humble beginnings. A simple question was asked, and d-bag decided to answer it in a condescending manner. We then proceeded to chastise him. Since then a myriad of topics have ranged from the sensible (Who would win in jousting, Tony Mo or Moped Man?), to the ludicrous (STATE actually landing an attractive woman ). You sir, are a clonebag, attempting to bring us down! This will not be permitted nor tolerated. RELEASE THE KRAKEN!!!!!!

Re: Steelers Depot on McNutt
Seriously? Hines is done. He was invisible this past season. Their needs are on the offensive line and defensive backfield.
Ben was running for his life this past season. Not to mention that Mendenhall's injury sounds career threatening.
I trust Tomlin and the Steelers to make the right call.
