I was 6 at the time. It's not that I've forgotten; it's that I never knew.

Dude, its not like he just looks rusty. His velocity is down considerably from before the injury. Arm strength isnt something that typically improves as the season goes on.
=Just curious duff, where or what channel did you get to see the entire bronco game on, or are you going off of some stat line and selective plays you saw on sports center? First drive was right down the field with the 1st unit I thought.
i sawr all 23 of his pass attempts. yes thet moved the ball. and peyton didnt make a throw longer than 15 yards.

Only one question needs to be asked & answered here: will teh bronco be better this saison with p manning at qb than they were last year with teblow?

I know the correct answer. Not sure duff does.

Denver is in for disappointment but it has nothing to do with Manning. Getting rid of God's only begotten son is going to lead to a curse of epic proportions on that franchise.

Did Denver not work him out before signing him?

His lack of arm strength and the interceptions are starting to put a little concern in me but at the same time, the guy hasn't played in 18 months so he's going to be rusty. When the Steelers come to town in Week 1 for a Sunday night game, it should give us an indication of what kind of season it's going to be.

Plus, whoever was downgrading Montana's years in KC is stupid. He took them to the playoffs twice. Yeah he wasn't the same QB he was in SF but he was older and not playing with the same elite talent either
