i for one really appreciate his fanatical obsession with recruiting. he cuts it down so i can follow it with limited time available.

i also appreciate his "homer" attitude in contrast to the many, many cynics here.

Homer, is definitely the MVP of the site(other than Jon, of course). Jumper 5 adds a lot as well. As a relative newcomer I'm not greatly familiar with the pantheon of quality posters here but, those are two that I always look for, and pay special attention to. There seems less juvenile rhetoric(no site is devoid of it) here than most sites, and more straight analysis and mature debate. A tribute to Jon.
