There is a article on rivals dated the 16th stating "Midwest whispers: Prospects reconsider decisions". It has Schutt's name in it, so this does have some legs.

A few notes on Schutt:
-He committed to Penn State after his top two, Notre Dame and Michigan, both pulled their scholarship offers.
-According to 247Sports, Mike McQueary was Schutt's primary recruiter.
-Scutt is rated 40th on Rivals, 102nd on 247Sports, 42nd on Scout, and 130th on ESPN. He is a 5-star on Scout and a 4-star on the others.
