I thought for sure he would redshirt since this is only his second or third year of football. Maybe I'm thinking of someone else. Either way, this is a fantastic get.

This is a huge get for the Hawks. Very happy about it.
Also just read his blog, very interesting. Seems like a very smart kid and the Hawks caught some breaks in order to land this guy.

If we could get that Marine too...I would feel a LOT more confident about the dline with Jaleel, Faith, super Cooper, and then Scheffield (sp) coming in.

Yeah, lets just get this out of the way now. Dudes not going to see significant, if any, snaps on the d line and if he does he will be completely physically over matched.

just like the majority of trench players. the reax that he is some kind of DL savior is a bit short-sighted.
