I put Rodney Coe under the athletes part of the offers that haven't committed yet. I think both of those designations most accurately reflect where he stands right now.

Another to keep an eye on is Michigan QB Nate Bossory who attended some Iowa games(and is getting attention from Iowa coaches) this season and was impressive at a recent combine in Michigan.

Bossory, who threw for close to 2,100 yards and 26 touchdowns in his junior season, hit nearly every pass in the position testing passes and showed off a quicker delivery, which had some scouts concerned this fall.

The Manchester High School standout possesses great arm strength and accuracy, which has drawn the attention of the top schools in the Big Ten Conference. Michigan State, Penn State, and Iowa have all been in contact with Bossory so far.

"I am considering every Big Ten school. They're great schools," Bossory said. "I love the atmosphere and I love the Big Ten. I went to see games at Michigan State and Iowa, both had great atmospheres and were great places to be."

At the moment, Bossory does not have any favorites schools and says he has enjoyed the recruiting process up to this point.

"I'm really enjoying it. My dad really enjoyed taking me on some of my visits this year," Bossory said as he began to smile for his next comment. "The thing I think my mom enjoys about it is me going out and getting the mail everyday, because I know I'm getting mail."

Bossory's performance at the combine certainly drew the attention of the other media members in the building, who were almost all gathered around the one-on-one drill lines that featured both Morris and Bossory, but he also knows there is room for improvement.

"I need to be more consistent," Bossory said. "Everyday I need to be consistent every time I throw the ball."

Jake Campos of Valley was offered by Purdue today, to go along with the offers from Iowa and Iowa State that he already had.

The Hawks have extended an offer to Jaylon Smith of Ft. Wayne, IN. The OLB is a 5-star who is rated as highly at the #4 overall prospect in the country. He already has offers from a handful of BCS schools including some of the Blue Bloods.

I would definitely give OSU front-runner status right now, but I'll wait a few more weeks to see what kind of offers he gets before making a guess.

Abdul's brother was considered a lock for Iowa until chose Wiscy, i feel he might look elsewhere to make his ow mark outside the shadow of a brother
if he was from Ohio i would probably consider the lock but he is from Indiana

Rod hasn't exactly cast a shadow yet....they play different positions anyhow. Jaylon is very pro OSU right now

i would hold off on the guarentee as Michigan has also just offered
and in a interview one of his trainers went to Iowa, so the guarentee that he goes to OSU is weak at best

Nah i'll stick by it. Barring Rod leaving Jaylon will be a buckeye. Iowa isn't in the game on this one.
