He would be a great pickup this late, if he were to switch his mind. Some kids commit to coaches, others commit to schools. The main problem is that New Jersey is home for him, so it may be the school he is committed to instead of a coach.

A mote is an irritating particle in the eye, and the allusion is to Matthew 7:3, from the King James version of the Bible. There are lots of posters on here who are motes, but not really in the eye.
