Coaches can do everything but visit face to face...calls/texts/tweets etc are all permitted.

Kozan's AD said today that he would sign with Iowa at noon MT tomorrow. Think RivalsMike is fishing here to be honest.

Yeah, it doesn't make any sense that he'd verbal but not actually verbal.

Anybody remember...Cedric Everson (I know I tried to forget about him too) wasn't he committed somewhere until he faxed his papers to Iowa? It's pretty worthless to get too wrapped up in what an 18-19 year old kid is going to do....because I have learned one thing. People are unpredictable at that age.
