Looks like a 6'4 4.47 3* WR George Kittle took the last spot at 25, unless they go over the 25 limit, the only way that can happen is if the JUCO'S count toward last year, then we have 2 rides to give.

Why do people keep saying this?

The 25 limit is a hollow rule in the SEC..
