But congratulations to your team. Iowa State is definitely taking advantage of Iowa's struggles recently and should be the best football team in the state hands down going forward under Rhoads as long as Iowa sticks with Ferentz. Iowa is becoming the Iowa State of the old. Now we know what it must have felt like for Cyclone fans pre-Rhoads.
Whoa...... I would have never guessed you would have said this. Now, if HFN posts something similar as well I know the world is ending and this commit won't matter anyway.
It gets a little sticky below my waistline.

Josh Helmholdt just posted on CR saying the exact opposite that Campos is soft. What would he know though? He only does this stuff for a living.

With the class Iowa State is putting together they should consider a move to the SEC.

You're confused. It's not hurt its the buffalo wings and massive quantity of beer that's flowing. Get it right.

Somebody come get me when ISU starts winning the head to head battles in the Eastern part of the state. Or for that matter I dunno, anywhere West of Perry.

everyone keeps saying that he's soft? Is he really? I've never seen him play.

I graduated a couple years ago and played football (DM area). It's always been a hypothesis of mine that most of these highly ranked Valley guys are pretty soft. They're a great program and team, with great players/rosters collectively. But I thought David Barrent was INCREDIBLY soft going against him, he wasn't nearly the best OL on that team IMO. Maybe he was the best prospect though.

And there are other examples. I thought Cutkomp was really over rated.

Actually, I think all of their running backs have been overrated. Seriously. Jason Scales was not as good as made out to be. But that's a different position and story. Anyway, is he good? Do people see him as a future starter somewhere like Iowa, ISU?

Re: Campos Commits to Iowa State

so Campos switched to the Cyclones, Missouri as lost 2 now, both were 4* on Rivals, Missouri is taking a bigger hit than Iowa and for a change a Iowa kid stays home rather than leaving the state. and what's wrong with ISU getting better, UCLA vs USC, OK vs OK State, T A&M vs TX and Pitt vs PSU when they played were a hot item for National TV marketing. even MSU vs Mich is a good TV draw, and all are instate teams
