The Big 12 schools are off to a 23-2 start with players putting up video game like stats. Seth Doege TTU went 40-44 last night, RGIII is 41of 49 in his first two games and the highest rated QB in the country. I know the Big 12 is probably gonna be gone as of monday but its gonna go out with a bang. Here come the super conferences.

When they're playing each other? How will any other conference be different?

Any way you slice it, the Big 12, and the SEC have acquitted themselves pretty well during this nonconference slate. The Big 10 and the Pac-12 have had way too many embarrassing losses and close calls against terrible teams.

I noticed that also looking at the B12 standings this morning. Hard to believe that such a strong football conference (on the field) could be in so much trouble. The only losses the conference has had is Kansas to Ga Tech and Missouri to ASU.

The top half of the Big 12 is very impressive with OU, Texas, OSU, A&M and even Baylor. After that it drops quickly though. Iowa State is 3-0, and has a couple of respectable wins, but I see them getting slaughtered in conference play. I do think they will beat Kansas, KSU, and Tech to become bowl eligible. I still can't tell how good or not good Missouri is after 3 games. With all of that said the SEC is still king. The Big 10 looks awful this year outside of Wisconsin. They won't have anyone ranked other than Wisconsin after this week most likely. As middle of the road as Iowa has looked so far they could quite possibly still be the 2nd best team in the Big 10 which is good for us, but a bad sign for the Big 10.

I just hope 1 of them can knock off Alabama or LSU in the BCS game. I am tired of seeing a SEC school crowned champion every year.

Wisco has played NOBODY. Look for their D to get jarred when the Cornsuckers roll into town. Could be a high scoring game.

Right, but what has Nebraska shown defensively that makes you think they can stop anyone, let alone Wilson, Ball & co.? This is going to take over 40 points to win and I just don't see Martinez doing his thing for 60 minutes against Wisconsin's defense.
