Lose the "first down" cheer, ISU.
You too, Indiana. Particularly when you fall way behind. It seems sort of pathetic at that point. Some traditions, if it is one, aren't worth keeping.

Pretty bad in the second half when the only voice you could hearing saying 'that's another Cyclone first down' was the announcer. When your team is getting the hammer put to it and embarrassed on the field the last thing you want to hear as a fan is this schmuck in the booth saying this cheesy line.

That is the worst part of NCAA 12, They gave that cheer to all the Teams/stadiums. It makes it borderline unplayable.

Hmmm, Indiana, Minnesota, and Iowa State use this cheer but Texas, Iowa, and Ohio State do not. Anybody else notice a simple difference between the two groups of schools?

when you suck annually, you need to find something to be positive about, esp IU and MN.

I'm not a fan of that cheer but a lot of schools do it so I'll give it a pass. What's ridiculous is the announcer telling everyone that it's third down and they need to make noise. They really need to get rid of that, it makes their fans look bad.

ISU has no gameday traditions of any sort that I can think of absent this rediculous, middle school cheer. If they lose it, what is left?

I think you transposed Minnesota and Iowa;
National Championships
Texas
O$U
Minnesota
Zero National Championships
Indiana
Iowa
Iowa State
