Would the Big Ten step in?

At what point would/could the Big Ten step in and suspend Paterno for Saturday's game?

It's a big business, right? Do they really want their image further tarnished by having Paterno representing his school, and ultimately his conference, during a nationally televised game?

How about if Penn State makes the inaugural title game?

What about if Penn State makes the Rose Bowl?

Does the Big Ten really want to be known as the conference that harbors a head coach who harbored a sexual predator for years?

I think Joe has coached his last game.

Re: Would the Big Ten step in?

I posted something earlier today about "Lack of Institutional control" and no one seemed to agree that the NCAA or big 10 should do anything about it. I guess only the matters of money have to do with the NCAA or Big 10. Even though PSU as disgraced both. I agree with you something should be done. No way PSU deserves to represent the big 10 ina bowl, how embarrasing would that be. It would totally dominate the discussion the entire bowl season as well. Dear NCAA and Big 10. DO SOMETHING!!!
