Nothing was actually taken. The wepon was a BB gun. Seemed more like harassment than robbery. And he served the three game suspension the first three games of the year. This happened in the off-season. He was our leading receiver against KU. This is just the rag being about 6 mo. behind when it comes to ISU news

Using a bb gun during a robbery is still considered armed robbery. So is having your hand in your coat pocket pretending to have a gun. So is saying you have a gun when you really don't. Try another spin.

You're gonna have to do better than this Brett. Maybe is seems more like harassment to you but the law defines this as armed robbery.

Robbery is defined as taking something. Nothing was taken. The charges have not stuck yet. He has not been formally arraigned. The DA was thinking of charging him with robbery.

He is not some kind of Jesus Christ impact player. No one even knew he was suspended. The charges have not been filed.

How many games did Clayborn sit for slugging a guy? Zero, and KF rationalized it by saying charges were never filed. Same here.
