Is Iowa State in better shape going forward than Iowa?
Iowa State has an aggressive coaching staff. An offense that is tough to defend. Improved defense. And has picked up recruiting. They've really impressed me this season and watching tonight against #2 team in the country, it's becoming clear to me this team is really getting better. Paul Rhoads is getting it. Feel like Iowa has stalled at this point and allowing Iowa State to catch up. Iowa State staff is a complete 180 from the Iowa staff. Rhoads has a play to win mentality. Looking at both Iowa State and Iowa going forward, Iowa State looks more promising.

Easy to show improvement when your team really sucks. I mean, just getting the program to lukewarm is a drastic improvement.

This year its pretty even. Iowa is winning 7 games and going to a bowl....ISU is not going to a bowl and has been demolished in several games. Other than playing a distracted #2 team very well what exactly says the clones can compete in the Big 12? Just because their coach called an onside kick you think they have a brighter future

I will take the next five years at Iowa vs the next five at ISU and it isnt even close
