THe fact that ISU/Transfer U took some good transfers did give them credibility faster then what Fran has done, but how has the bball recruiting been going, seems like Fran has pulled in the best in-state recruits. So although ISU is good now will they be good in 3 years and moving on, at some point you run out of transfers to take in. I wish ISU the best with the exception of playing IA, and UNI. It will be interesting to see who is more successful in the long run.

ISU like Iowa has 2 top 125 kids coming in next year...

Historically ISU has not been a program that has had a lot of
Iowa kids on their team for whatever reason during the better
seasons..

If ISU were fortunate enough to get to NCAA tourney, it would
open up even more recruiting opportunities..

You really should check how many ISU threads are started by Hawk fans here before proclaiming that no one cares. It appears that plenty of Hawk fans care.

Carver holds 15,550 and 2000 empty seats would look plentiful so it's possible that's what you saw. I didn't actually watch this game so I don't know. I'm impressed that we had that big of a crowd though for a game vs Penn State though the 1986 team thing was promoted like crazy and it was a Saturday game.
