I actually came over here because I wanted to read about the game last night for Iowa as I was not able to watch it.

I do root for Iowa to do well when not playing against ISU.

It's some inconceivable concept to that fans of both schools can root for the other outside of the rivalry game. Both fan bases have their nuts and complainers, its just life. For someone who always calls ISU little brother, you sure have an obsession with Iowa State. To each their own.

Unfortunately i cannot go more than 5 hours without hearing, seeing or reading about them in DSM. Outside Central Iowa they do not exist for the most part.

Well when its a pretty close to a split in the DSM, you're going to hear about it. I'd say the western half of the state you run into more ISU fans.

Fun fact for you, as much as you have a hate for little brother, more Iowans are going to Iowa State then any other institution in the state.

I grew up on the western side of Iowa, and no you do not.
60% Iowa
25% Nebraska
15% ISU
