I actually prefer Cowherd to Patrick, that being said if you got to tell yourself that you are better than me to make yourself feel better, by all means......

I don't understand how anyone could prefer Cowherd over anyone. He is a complete blowhard who doesn't know what he is talking about half the time.

Cowherd has shown that he's a pretty smart guy. He just oozes smugness at anything or anyone between NY and California as if the rest of the country is somehow inferior. He's also a front runner for all the big name schools and is quoted as hating cinderella stories for messing up the match ups he'd prefer to see. He's also been known to poach Dan's show from time to time.

How has he shown that he is a pretty smart guy? He has tried to rip off more than one person's material, he routinely gets things wrong and mostly just seems to say things to get people riled up.

Just because Cowherd is a smart guy doesn't mean his show isn't stupid.

Both shows suck but you totally nailed Patrick. You failed to mention the obvious hard-on he has whenever he has a female guest. His wife must NEVER put out.

The last time I listened to Patrick, he was ranting because "The Mothership" had used a feature called "Stat of the Day".

Apparently DP thinks he invented that concept, and ESPN, desperate to cling to his rising star, ripped it off from him. Because before him, no one ever thought up the idea of featuring stats.

This was like a 10 minute segment of the show, BTW. I decided then I couldn't listen to him anymore.
