Have been monitoring the open speed of pages on this site and increasingly it is getting slower and slower, apparently due to "market research" sites that are monitoring usage. The biggest culprit is b.scorecardresearch.com, which if you research it is part of a huge, multi-tentacled Web tracking conglomerate. Chrome seems unable to block it; may switch to FireFox, which seems to allow better control.
