I have an honest question. Where are you? Not being disrespectful but have you seen some of the threads lately involving our ISU "friends" especially the one titled Fran McCaffrey. As a hawk fan I come here to here about the hawks not about cyclone delusions of grandeur. I'm also pretty sure cyclonevet broke several rules by post #5. I know I'm not alone when I say that lately all they are doing is stirring the pot providing nothing to posts and even breaking site rules. Maybe I'm off base but would appreciate less cyclone garbage on here.

Yeah, the ban hammer needs to come down on them little be more. On their boards you get banned if your a Hawk fan and say anything that isn't strictly in support of ISU.

I guess I just don't understand their logic. If the hawks are doing something I like or think is cool I come here to post. If isu has something to say they come to our board?

I agree. It is getting old. I have never gone to the ISU boards... I have no reason to. I could care less about ISU unless we are playing them.

Even if people start threads about ISU on here... Is that really enough reason to have this many ISU posters on here trying to stir the pot? I'm sure they have threads about the Hawkeyes on their website, but I don't care to go look. It is their website and they can talk about what they want on there.

Just because there is a Hawkeye thread on a Cyclone message board... doesn't mean I should feel the need to go over there and post in it because I'm a Hawkeye fan.... So I can't quite figure out why so many of them feel the need to constantly be on our site and post or start threads.

People around both sites need to develop thicker skins. The OP is basically asking for the banhammer for anyone who's not all over Iowa's jock (which is what you just suggested the atmosphere at CF is like).

That's how CF is, unless you suck up to the ISU posters over there, like you do, you get banned.

I hardly suck up over there. I'm critical of ISU and their fans when they're being unrealistic. It took maybe a week of choosing my battles to earn enough respect to be objective and not get roasted for it.

It's the idiots who go over there throwing out "Little brother," and "Super Bowl," etc. right out of the gate that get banned. Because those guys are typically trolls.

There are several other Iowa posters there who are RARELY supportive of ISU, and they've been there for a long time.

There are a handfull of good ISU posters who come over here.

I like a handful of the ISU posters who come to these parts as they bring good insight and add to the discussion.

I personally am interested in ISU at times and don't want to go to that site to figure things out. It's nice to bounce something off a good ISU poster on these boards to get an answer.

The issue is there are some complete jerk hawk fans around here who can't help but make some dumb comment to try to stir the pot.

Tm3308 I disagree with you. There are several ISU posters I would keep. I just don't like to argue with the unbareable ones over moot points. If you want to argue with them go to cyfan.
